What Happens In A Session

First we identify the core limiting belief that is influencing your reality, making it hard to achieve what you desire in life, or keeping you stuck in uncomfortable emotions. We will do that either through an intuitive process or/ and by using a muscle testing technique. Afterwards, through a short and simple meditation, I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, the theta brainwave state.

Memories of past occurrences often resurface throughout the session shedding light onto what initially created and later on reinforced the limiting beliefs. Oftentimes these beliefs are held in place by subconscious fears or hidden benefits which are harder to identify with the conscious mind.

By the end of the session the limiting beliefs and patterns will be gently released and replaced with new, empowering ones.

While each person’s experience is very individual, most people feel lighter, calmer, peaceful, relieved, positive, optimistic, empowered, free.
